Saeta will invest 250 million euros to purchase solar thermal andwind assets"

                                                                    The company, which brings together therenewable assets of the ACS group, will

                                                         expand its asset portfolio over thenext 18 months, most outside Spain.

                                                                    As stated by its president, José Luis Martínez Dalmau,at the shareholders'

                                                         meeting, Saeta has set a goal to continue its growthstrategy expanding to Latin America,

                                                         with an acquisition in Oaxaca(Mexico), and to Europe.

                                                                     Most of the new solar thermal and windassets that Saeta are willing to purchase

                                                        are outside Spain so they willdiversify geographic and regulatory risks.
